My truck is very slowly making its way across the country via rail. Average speed of the rail car (when its moving) is around 30 mph. Its spent the last 3 days in a siding somewhere in Eastern Washington. It still needs to make it to the automotive rail depot south of Seattle, then a truck to the dealer. The expected delivery date keeps getting pushed out every few days or so. So close and yet so far. Has anyone else experienced this excruciatingly slow shipping by rail?

Got my email today with the photo at the end of the assembly line. The truck is still sitting on a railcar in a siding about 150 miles from the rail depot, and has been for 4 days. Weirdly enough, I'd attempted to active the vehicle on FordPass about a month ago, and it was declined overnight. I thought it needed a human to push the button on the screen to decline it, but maybe not?
