the dealer stock order that I have (Lariat ER) is stuck in production as well. Went through a similar issue with my current powerboost when it was built at the end of last year, produced and sitting in Dearborn waiting for parts.

All window stickers list convoy as the method of transport from the Rouge, but many trucks will actually depart Dearborn on rail cars, depending on your location in Illinois it's possible your truck could travel by convoy truck.Finally made it to built!
Is there any way to track shipping? My sticker says Convoy.
After it shifts to SHIPPED status wait a day or so, call or chat for Ford online customer service at FORD.COM, they might be able to tell you the rail car number if it's going by rail. Another option is to contact your sales person, ask them to run a VINVIEW search to locate where the truck is and projected ETA to the dealer.

Ford seems to push the OTA updates in batches of VINs. The first updates, historically speaking, for the 2023 vehicles have been several months after the vehicle was sold.

I got an update finally. Didn't get the battery indicator with it though.
