Dealer gave me an ETA of August 24-30 on Monday, Ford chat just gave me August 12 with the caveat that it's too optimistic.

Did you get a railcar to track?

Mine is actually moving now. VVR today gave me a railcar.

On CSX, this is how you track (east coast only)

1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352
2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.
(for location)
3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes
81814192 #
4. Then enter the number part of you rail car ID.
And then enter #
5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")

It gave me a lot of details. When it was loaded onto the rail car (4:10am) where it's next checkpoint is (OH) and when it'll arrive at the destination rail yard (Sunday, 12:30am) before it sits to be picked up by convoy.

Have you tried chatting with ford? They were able to provide that number, but I had to ask specifically for it.

On a different F-150 Note, My dad's powerboast that has been built sitting since 5/09 had an ETA of 8/6-12 just arrived this morning. So I have hope that I might see might truck yet this week, Today is the first in my ETA window.

Do either of you happen to know the part number for the F-150L running boards? Want to see how much they would cost to grab them for my Pro.

Yeah I guess so, I mean truthfully I'm not ready for it anyway so no rush..... At least that's what I keep telling myself....

100 amp line being run to the garage on Saturday so I can charge this thing at home. Don't have my second trade cleaned out or down to the dealership yet. Haven't picked up my lovely 1.9% Credit union check yet either. Now that doesn't mean if McQueen (yes I know how original) (Yes i had vanity tags made "MCKWEEN") (Yes I know I'm a nerd) shows up tomorrow I wouldn't be driving her home because I would be.

I didn't even think of that. I just wanted to tow a Chevy Bolt so I could do Lightning Bolt..yours is better.

I would appreciate that. There's some folks selling theirs but I don't have a frame of reference as to if it's high or low compared to buying new.

I tried tracing through CSX and I got info for when the car was in Indiana on July 18, so no go there. Union Pacific has no record of it all.

Any insight to trace through CN? The numbers I've tried tell me to check the website which makes you register your company (which I'm close to doing).

I'm surprised it's going through Canadian Railways. Did they tell you that or you got a number that started with CN?

I think Union Pacific had railcars that started with CN and services west of Mississippi. Might be worth a shot.

1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

Correct the long plastic thingies that are on the outside of the truck with little lights in them, that get abused are $2800 not installed too.

Shoot I Don't know if we can get gold plated handles for that cheap.
