I have a line on a 2022 Lariat w/ BC for a pretty good deal with 20,000 miles on it. I just want to know if there is any major differences between the 2023 and 2022 I should be made aware of, or if they are effectively the same vehicle. I can't really tell of any major differences from reading but want to know if it makes sense to keep my focus narrowed on 2023 or jump on the 2022.

2023 usually deletes things like scales and charges for the charging cable. Look at the Monroney sticker carefully on yours vs. several 2023 manufactured at different times.

This makes zero sense. A lot of the 2022’s have had serious issues. There are way better deals out there for a new 2023.

Mine has heated steering wheel and the dealer threw in the mobile charger and a bed liner as well. There are amazing deals out there. I would not buy a first year truck that has issues vs buying a brand new vehicle with more warranty for a better price.

Huh? I am not missing the heated steering wheel on my 2023 Lightning Lariat.

My 2023 Lariat is only missing Onboard Smart Scale/Smart hitch and the $50 motion sensor security pack. Neither of these make a difference to me and I appreciated the $700 discount.

In addition the dealer gave me a $2,500 dealer discount, Ford gave me a $7,500 rebate plus a $750 PCO and IRS gave me $7,500 off my federal tax liability. Then Ford sent me a Free 100a/80a charger which I sold on ebay for another $700.
