2023 Lariat vs 2024 Flash - $50K-ish budget - Help me decide?

I have a ‘23 XLT SR.
I’ve always had lariat trims or higher (or equivalent for other vehicles)

I don’t miss any of the options. I don’t even miss the leather seats. My car wash folks are used to unfolding my mirrors. My kids are used to moving my seat back to “close enough.” My fishing rods fit inside the truck instead of through the rear glass. I don’t put lumber through a rear window anymore anyway.

If I had to do it all over again, I would buy the least expensive new ER truck that I could get. New, so I could get the tax credit. ER because it would make road tripping easier, I think.
