Looking for some help from the Forum with a charging issue.
I have a '23 XLT SR that I have charged at home with my Ford Connected Charge Station at 48A on a 60A breaker, professionally installed.
I'm currently at 36,500 miles and have not had an issue with the charger.
I charged earlier today for 1 hour and 9 minutes and received 12kWh of energy added.
After a short drive, I came back to charge more, and charging fails.
When I plug in the J1772 plug into my truck, my truck clicks and the 60A breaker trips.
I tried using my Ford Mobile charger on a 110V outlet and it does not trip the breaker, but results in a charge fault.
The message in Ford Pass is "Please check charger for power. Try another stall or contact charge provider."
Any ideas on things to try? I was going to disconnect the 12V negative terminal as a reboot, but that's really just a Hail Mary. I don't have any great ideas at this point other than going to the dealership tomorrow.
