2024 Flash Sync 4A Puzzle

Hi,

I have a question. According to Ford's website, the 2024 Flash trim comes standard with the Sync 4A system. Here is a screenshot of Ford's Website:

If the Flash comes with Sync 4A as standard, why does my 2024 Flash have Sync 4 and not Sync 4A? I checked this morning and confirmed that the Sync 4 was the OS installed on my Flash. I do have the 15.5" screen.

Any ideas?

The 15" screen is SYNC 4A. The 12" is SYNC 4. I don't know where you confirmed it, but it's wrong.

You do know that SYNC 4 and 4A are basically the same thing, right? The "A" is the 15" screen layout.

Except it is missing a few features. Also, Ford shouldn’t be advertising something as standard if it isn’t.

Karaoke for one… Bluecruise 1.4 also.

Karaoke will come at some point. Ford is still struggling with OTA updates. BlueCruise 1.4 has nothing to do with SYNC 4A. That is also an OTA issue.
