If you use Android Auto, an OBD connection is no longer necessary. ABRP can now read the data through the Android Auto connection like Google Maps does. You have to allow the permission in ABRP to read car data. What is the best OBD device for connecting the truck to ABRP? I bought an OBDlink CX, but can this also be utilized with CarScanner and other apps?
Thanks so much!If you use Android Auto, an OBD connection is no longer necessary. ABRP can now read the data through the Android Auto connection like Google Maps does. You have to allow the permission in ABRP to read car data.
Your OBDLink CX+ should work just fine with Carscanner and the other OBD apps.
