yes. that part is for all lightnings 22-25

I installed my trailer brake controller in my 24 flash just today.

Ford part number is RL3Z-19H332-AA
(Part number for 23 and earlier is RL3Z-19H332-AB)

It took all of 10 minutes to install and another 5 minutes with forscan to update the IPC.

I bought it on "the bay" from FairwayFordParts, if you search that part number on "the bay" it will be the first result.

Is that module and control set that you have to swap out both?
What did you enabled in forscan?
