Totally mind boggling. There's a couple dozen Lariats sitting on lots around me. Real Lariats and not just some listing on autotrader. I asked my dealer about XLT's and he said those are hard to find.

I received a very similar notification from Ford on 6/21/23 thinking it would be several more weeks, but only 6 days later, I received yet another Ford notification that said my vehicle was built! How exciting was that… needless to say, my newly built Lariat can’t be sold until the rear lights (safety recall) are repaired. Ordered under the old price structure with the window sticker reflecting the higher old pricing, but I was assured that it was going to have its MSRP adjusted for the new pricing structure. Long story short… that vehicle was ordered as a Lariat SR, so the MSRP would come in under $80K, as I wanted to be able to receive the $7.5K tax benefit… now since the pricing change, I’ve told the dealer to stick it, I mean keep it and ordered another Lariat but ER and all under $80K! What a F’ed up’ed situation! Now I continue to wait… like a starving dog!!! LOL!

If you want a lariat, start searching at dealers there should be ones available. Ford should issue updated window stickers. Search on the Ford website.

Uh…check dealer lots. I bought my Lariat ER off a dealer lot after I sold my Pro. They even delivered it to my door since it was several hundred miles away.For about 7 seconds...
No markup, no deletes on either one.
You can certainly keep waiting but it would be silly if I got my 3rd Lightning before you get your 1st.
