After a long wait for parts, my dealer's service manager and I decided to throw in the towel and just do the open recall work on my '22 Lariat ER in multiple appointments as the parts came in.
They were open yesterday (Washington's Birthday) and had a light schedule so we set up the first appointment for then. When they called to confirm the appointment we checked with parts and lo and behold everything but the rear light bar had showed up (when we made the appointment weeks ago, they had the wiper motor but were still missing the dash mat after months of waiting). When I brought the truck in first thing in the morning they realized the warranty paperwork had been open so long they'd have to open a new claim with Ford, and the service writer said he'd have parts look one more time that the light bar hadn't showed up for the "closed warranty claim".
They gave me a loaner for the day and we agreed if anything went sideways after the main battery firmware update or it otherwise looked like the truck wouldn't be done that day they'd let me know ASAP. I was worried about this and a little skeptical they could finish everything in 8 hours but nothing to do but wait and see what happened.
Around 3PM they called and let me know they'd just finished the tests after the battery work and everything was good. Also that they had found the light bar and installed it. They performed the multi-point check for the periodic maintenance at no cost (I had already done most of the items like fluids, cabin filter, tire rotation). They locked the truck out in their side lot and a few hours later I swapped it out for their loaner and drove away very happy. So far with about 200 miles and a couple of charges in, no main battery issues reported by the new code.
Bonus: I didn't know the light bar replacement involves recalibration of the 360 cameras. I think the car's holding lane position a little better in hands-free mode now.
In total they did: Wiper motor, dash mat, 12V battery sensor, HV battery software update, rear light bar, and a multi-point check. Took them about 6 hours, cost me $0 and I got a perfectly serviceable loaner for the day. All around a great service experience at Crossroads Ford in Ravena NY.
