Any Ford techs on the forum?

If so, please message me. I am trying to find the min/max battery pack voltages and/or canbus data relating to charging. I am not finding it easy to get the info. I don't even know the component location on the vehicle (BMS, charger etc). All I have is a battery pack.

Hi. I'm a Ford Tech. I can give you all the info you want including the date when you will receive Bluecruise updates, dog mode, camp mode, Pro Power control through Ford Pass, walk away locks, more battery capacity, when your supercharger adapter will ship and the reason why battery modules fail, etc. If there is any other information you need just ask and we will get back to you in short order.

Also if you want information about the T3 Lightning feel free to ask.
