Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Hmm, that's not encouraging. I'm on my way to pick up my truck now, it'll be interesting you see if they did the same as others on here.
SO they had my truck for a week. I picked it up and got home yesterday(8 miles) and the click was back! They said they found "loose bolts from the factory" and replaced them and torqued them correctly. The sound is worse today, it's loud enough that pedestrians look over when they hear it..

+1 for the clicking.
I hear clicking while accelerating and decelerating around 50 mph
The sound is like when you turn the light switch on and off fast.
Mine is Lariat ER, around 1,000 miles.
Hey there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your noise concern on my end.

Unfortunately for Ford, all these little nuances would be ignored on an ICE because of engine noise. Lightning's quiet ride is unable to mask these sounds.
It's quite loud on mine and would be heard over idling engine noise, It's also an unusual sound, it's obviously not normal. The fact that my dealer said it was "loose bolts" after a week of "diagnostics" :) then tightened them only for the sound to remain points to a bigger issue imo...

Excerpt from a longer version taken with the GoPro clamped to the trailer receiver:
That is exactly how mine sounds! I will check to see if auto hold is on.

I recently just noticed the clicking on my SR Lariat 800 miles in. Included a video below, is this the same clicking everyone is hearing?

What’s the consensus here, is it worth trying to get it fixed?

It's worth waiting a bit longer if you are wanting to get it fixed
Yeah fair enough. A stupid dog (not mine) clawed the crap out of my driver’s door so I’m tempted to bring it into the dealer and have them fix both at once.

I'm thinking someone is just giving you a hint that the fix for it isn't quite ready yet, so it is likely worth waiting just a bit until news arrives here that the fix is ready.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

Well, my truck is being built today. I was hoping this widespread issue would be fixed before my truck was built. Oh well.

Has anyone who has the click tried jacking one of the wheels off the ground and moving the tire by hand? If it's the CV joint (or spline), you should be able to replicate the click by twisting the tire by hand (when it's off the ground of course).

Another possibility is the CV mating surface (past the splines) with the wheel hub moving in and out slightly and clicking against the wheel hub. Similar to this:

Some people have said that greasing the splines fixed their click, those splines new are supposed to have tight tolerances, but who knows, maybe the truck's torque is deforming the splines somehow.

So it seems like the options are:

1. CV joint bad or not greased, not likely, usually would make noises when turning
2. splines that are loose in the wheel hub, maybe, they are supposed to be tight, but maybe they are not machined to tight enough tolerances or maybe the torque of the truck is deforming them.
3. axle nut improperly torqued, maybe
4. CV joint 'shoulder' clicking against wheel hub, maybe, especially if axel nut is loose.
