Interesting comparison.
The reason I may go for it - the price spike of the F-150 Lightning between reservation and order of $15k.
If the Silverado comes in at the promised price...time will tell.

This is a stripped-down, basic version with steel wheels and blackened front and rear bumpers, and wheel arches. The Work Truck is designed for fleet companies and construction site workers. If they follow Ford's plan, they may offer maybe 5% of their first year production at that price point just to get excitement, but will they also provide price protection like Ford did?

GM has already said that the first WT trucks will be WT3/4 (I think those are the right numbers) and will start around $72K.
