Either a transfer switch or breaker interlock kit is required by the NEC to make it physically impossible for you to backfeed the grid.

Yes, extension cords from the truck to whatever you want to power. Otherwise, as the note below said, you have to have a transfer switch to isolate the battery power from the grid, otherwise the batteries will try and back feed the entire grid, which clearly will not work.
