Glad to hear you're approaching the finish line on this. I'm curious about the original issue (charging only to 84%) -- did they diagnose that it was a bad module and replace that module? (That was my diagnosis for the same issue, module is getting replaced now once it gets shipped to dealer.)The HVB has been rebuilt. They will deliver my truck to my home today. Just hoping they followed proper protocol putting it all back together.
They did. I also reviewed service history and saw the battery health report. The voltage in one cell in one module was considerably lower than the rest.Glad to hear you're approaching the finish line on this. Check for HV Battery Electrode Misalignment, Safety Recall 25S18?reviewed service history and saw the battery health report. The voltage in one cell in one module was considerably lower than the rest.
Thanks! I saw it and checked. No recalls listed. Just a couple of CSPs that the dealer should have cleared.@Jojomontag have you been monitoring the discussion on this thread, HV Battery Electrode Misalignment I wonder if your module issue relates to this, or it's just another run of the mill failed cell in a module?
