Update: I was informed of the following determination after the SWIS session:

"What we found during the tear down and inspection of the battery cell is that a small amount of coolant sprayed on the front on the assembly. Engineering worked with Patrick

To completely disassemble the battery pack and determine what parts the coolant touched. They found that the wiring harness and two modules in the front of the case had remnants

Of coolant and the 1st array had droplets on top of it. With these findings we will replace every part that the coolant touched. I have the parts on emergency order and should have

Everything by the end of the week and have it back together early next week. I certainly apologize it happened and assure you it will be back to factory specs when we are finished."

That was 02/25. Followed up today, 03/03, and was told they are waiting on one more part.

The service director then asked me, "Everything good with the loaner?" Really?! 🤣 I don't know what to make of that... implying it's going to be a long time? Trying to feel for if I fell in love with it and that they'll do a buy back and sell me the loaner?

Of course, how do you prove they actually worked with a Ford engineer? That the engineer advised them to do a repair that contradicts their Health and Saftey Guidelines for High-Voltage Batteries?
