Buying a used 2023 F150

Hi,
I found a used F150 in Hawaii with only 3500 miles on it. It's a 2023 XLT. I drove it and loved it. He wants $46.000 for it. The truck is in top shape. No dings and clean inside.
Now my questions:
Is a a good deal?
What to look out for?
Was there any problems with the 2023 Models?
Anything else I should know or be aware of?

I would agree about about passing on an SR in general, although if the truck is being driven in Hawaii is an ER really advisable/necessary?
