Cabin Departure time heated steering wheel glitch

Schedule your departure time more than 30 minutes prior to actual leave time, this gives the truck enough time to finish pre-conditioning, the truck goes to sleep, once you are actually ready to go, start the truck normally or use remote start a couple minutes prior this should make the heated steering wheel work.

Does anyone know how to fix the glitch where the heated steering wheel will not turn on after preconditioning???
