ah, great news! I’m glad you got it working!

For me, the dealer just replaced an oil pump and a heater unit, but it apparently did not do the trick. I’ll forward this to them though, thanks!

At this point I’m left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Between the dealer that sold it to me blatantly ignoring me, and ford being utterly useless, (they called me to tell me to call the service dept) I’m about ready to declare Ford as dead to me. That matters to exactly no one, I know. But holy hell has this been a horrible experience in customer service.

I will at least say that the dealer that’s helping me with service great. They’re doing all they can do. (different from the dealer that sold it to me in every way)

OP last visited the forum Last seen Apr 24, 2024 , we have not heard what his trucks ultimate problem & resolution was, to bad it would be nice to hear solutions after an issue is resolved.

Guessing the OP dipped out and turned in the truck.....

Ford eventually made it right, but it took over a month for them to replace half the heating system. Turned out to be a bad pump from the factory, so QC failed hard.
The dealership was the worst though. And more to blame than Ford. Complete assholes. Courtesy Ford of Gresham Oregon. Avoid at all costs.

I wound up trading up to an ER anyway though. Absolutely love the truck.
