What are you even on about this “apparently” thing? The dealership showed me the HVB code that they could see was on it before I bought it. You seem really fun to talk with.
We have had the same issue with our 2024 lightning. If you search my name you should be able to find the thread.

We install chargers for a living and this is our 6th EV both personally and for business use over the last 10 years and still own all of them so we have experience. We can level 2 charge with no issues. Our truck causes the cords on DCFC's to get hot or warm depending on the charger. In the winter Tesla chargers work with no issue. In the warm months the cord gets warm but the cooling system they have keeps it from overheating. Other DCFC's in the winter do ok but in the summer the truck always overheats the charging port and cord and causes a fault.

Our dealership says the truck needs an update to fix the issue but I've also seen where the updates have caused the trucks to be bricked. We at this point are not willing to risk it. The finance manager at the dealership had the same issue and did the update and now hasn't seen the issue but has only DCFC in the winter not in the summer yet so we will see once the temps warm up here.

From what it sounds like, there is a failure of the dc fast charging system. Truck won't work with DC fast chargers, will work with level 2. Seems pretty cut and dry, I certainly wouldn't let the dealership give it back without having them test it on a DC fast charger.

While I've had issues with certain fast chargers before (had one where it wouldn't initiate, gave me the red lights, then wouldn't disengage from my charging port), when I went to the next fast charger it worked perfectly fine. I think it's more likely to be a hardware problem than two different charging stations didn't work for you. Hopefully it can be repaired quickly
Fully agreed. Following along on the FordPass app I first got a charging fault error notification this morning and then noticed they were successfully DC charging it after, but they only charged for 9 minutes so I don’t know if it crashed out on them or if they figured nine minutes was all they needed. I dunno. Waiting to hear from them soon hopefully.
