Has anyone had a problem getting the confirmation email from EA? I tried to register for an account and got through to the point where I need to confirm my email. Never got it. Not in spam box. I signed up with EVGo and no problem. Got their email in a few seconds. So I went back to EA and tried to re-register but now it won't take my email, it says I already have an account. So I hit the link to reset password. No email.
Contacted customer support, told them the same story. They said they would escalate to a tech engineer and I should receive an email once it's all set up. That was 4 days ago and still no email. I don't understand what's going on here but it's got me more than annoyed. I am waiting on the permit for electrician to come out and install the 240v outlet. No idea how long that will take, so I was planning to top up at the (1 and only) EA station in town, which is at least on my way to/from work. Would be great to be able to get the discounted price. Any thoughts? Am I able to change email after registering with an alternate?
