Can't order mud flaps in AZ?

I ordered rear horizontal cargo net, and go this from dealership:

"Good Morning, I am processing your order this morning and it looks like
there is some lead time on this one, I expect 7-10 business days. I will let you know
when the part arrives, thank you!"

Maybe your dealer(s) don't participate?
I did say I'd pick it up at dealership.

Not sure, I find it odd that none of the dealers I chose even gave me the option to check out. I'll definitely give them a call and see what's up.

I know others have said it, but ordering parts and accessories from Ford in AZ is a PITA. I've only had success physically going in to the dealer to do it. Very frustrating experience to use those Ford points.
