Charge fault with Tesla Destination chargers

I tried to charge last night on 3 different destination Tesla chargers and the @A2ZEV J1772 adapter last night, and all three gave me charge faults. I have not used destination chargers yet on my Lightning. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I set up a destination in the charge menu on the truck, and still no luck. I've had a Model Y for three years, and never had a problem. Just plug and play...

I'm sure A2Z will help you out if they call. but make sure you are plugging your adapter all the way into the tesla cord and locking it into place. It can be a tight fit so make sure its seated all the way. Then, count to 30 before plugging it into the truck. i get impatient and count to 15 and it usually works but 30 is recommended from A2Z.
