This is the Lectron version - https://www.amazon.com/Lectron-Charging-Compatible-Connectors-Destination/dp/B09DCTJCTV

There are many cheaper options as well.
I bought one for my 2022 EV6 Wind. A Tesla Tap w/pigtail. Bought it, left it in the car, and have never used it. Don't even know if it works. I should go to a parking garage or something where they have a Tesla Destination charger and just see if it works. A lot of them used to be free, but I think they're under 10 kW are they not?

On a related note.... aren't almost all Tesla Destination chargers low power and slow...and does Tesla allow non-Tesla EVs to use them? I'm also planning a summer trip to rural areas and have been looking at all of my charging options. It seems like all of the Tesla Destination chargers are around 10Kw and might not be available to non-Tesla EVs through the Tesla App. Thoughts?

It appears that a lot of hotels use Tesla destination chargers. I will mainly use level 3 DCFC but what the ability to use level 2 if needed

I am familiar with the parks, I was confirming your spelling.... "Bruce" (really Bryce) Canyon and Zion "State" (really National) Park.

They are both beautiful and perfect destinations this time of year. Be prepared for crowds.

I use the A2Z level 2 adapter daily with my Tesla wall charger. I never had an issue. I just did a 1200 mile roadtrip with the supercharger adapter and no issues there either! I recommend both A2Z adapters.

A few Tesla destination chargers are 80 amp (19.2 kW) but you're right that slower is more common. Of course that's not really relevant for the OP since 24s are limited to 48 amps (11.5 kW).

You'd have to check Plugshare comments to see if non Tesla vehicles have been able to charge at the location you're considering.

Not sure if it was mentioned, but some Tesla Destination chargers are set to "Tesla Only" mode. Only way around it is to either have a Tesla or an adapter from Tesla Tap that seems to bypass that limitation. The setting is based on the discretion of the owner as well since it's configured by the host. Second the checking of Plugshare to see if non-Teslas have success using any destination charger with an adapter.

You should verify the L2 adapter works. A few months ago I bought an A2Z L2 Tesla adapter and one pin got very hot and shut the charger down. I called A2Z and theysent me. Replacement that day. They told me to throw the defective one away. The new is working fine.

I had a no-name brand adapter that worked for about a tear and now it causes charge failure with my Lightning.

Yes I will verify my plug and charge on most of the DCFC in my area to make sure it connects. A lot of research lol
