So temps in NY plunged about 35 degrees after some rain tonight... Tried to plug the truck in and kept getting errors.
Took a look at power station pro and all looks normal. Took out my trusty portable light and found that there was a bit of ice built up on the lower connector in the charge port, had to use little wooden sticks to chisel it out.
After that all worked like a charm
Symptoms
1. Charge errors
2. Connector would not lock in at the top
Solution
1. Look for ice or build up of dirt or other debris
2. Clear it out safely, no metal.
Permanent solution probably have a bigger angle so that water would be able to drain and not cause this issue
Hope this helps someone
