When using cruise control there are continuous warnings to keep hands on steering wheel regardless of my hand positioning. Very annoying on road trips.
Any fix or previous threads on this subject?

Lots of other posts on this. You need to jiggle the steering wheel. It doesn't know that your hands are on the wheel by touch or having a hand on it. It needs a steering input either left or right. It is a torque sensor. It is a bit annoying since most people only give a steering input if you need to change the direction of the vehicle.

Funny, we just had a big thread discussing this. Well discussing how Ford doesn't really explain how "keep hands on wheel" is determined.

At the end of the day Ford determines if your hands are on the wheel through steering input. You have to put a bit of pressure turning the truck. If it gives the alert turn left or right some.

Or, get a small weight and hang it off one side of the wheel when you need it.

Try turning off the Lane Keep assist. I believe it’s on by default while using cruise control and Blue Cruise isn’t being used or if you just have the co-pilot 360 feature. There should be a button on the steering wheel to disable it. The lane keep assist feature, while nice requires constant input that you are “in control” by provide torque feedback(aka light turning pressure on the wheel).

I tried the weight theory using a wrist weight with Velcro strap. It didn’t work very well. Also it keeps your power steering thinking there’s an input when you’re stationary. Not good for the electric pump in my opinion.

I use a 2 lb wrist weight velcrowed to the 3:00 position on the steering wheel. It offers just enough resistance that the truck never squawks for me to jiggle the wheel. I can drive indefinitely without the wheel nag using this trick. Paradoxically, if I do hold onto the wheel with my hand, I get the nag. Without touching the wheel, no nag.
