CSP 23B50 BCCM Software. How to Schedule Software Installation

How do I "Schedule the software installation" as described in the CSP letter from Ford dated December. The notice states, "To complete this software update, your vehicle will have to be parked with the ignition off for a short period. Also, you will have to schedule the software installation to ensure that you will not need your vehicle during the update." I did not think we could schedule software updates. Can someone educate me on this? Thank you.

Once the OTA has been sent to your truck, then you will follow those instruction.

GETTING the OTA package to your truck is @Ford Motor Company challenge these days......................

BTW mail drop today included this advisory for my truck as well, so if it doesn't successfully install via OTA then our option is to bring it to the dealer for a manual install.
