I am wondering what the experiences have been after the CSP#23B57 update. Are the batteries fixed now? Do you have lingering issues? If you were looking at used trucks, would you buy one that had the CSP#23B57 work done? Does the 2023 model completely bypass this issue?
The 2023 models do not bypass this issue. I had this CSP applied to my late model year '23. Buying used, I'd prefer to have open CSPs resolved.
This CSP does not "fix" the batteries.

2023s are not immune from the issue and the CSP doesn't actually fix anything. It simply updates the BMS firmware to be more sensitive in the parameters it uses to monitor battery balance and health and to allow the vehicle to still be drivable if an issue is detected.

So, I have a 2022 Lariat ER that had a few (3) of the battery modules go bad March 2023 (at 26,000 miles). More on the side of reduced power/only charge to 65%/etc. They were replaced.

Fast forward to last week, and I got the "stop the truck safely"/shut down completely (40,000 miles). Dealer first thought it was the 12v, but now it is the whole battery pack.

I've read lots of threads both the first time, and again now. Has anyone seen this happen twice on one truck? Has Ford ever acknowledged what the issue is? Is it the battery packs, or is it the truck possibly damaging them in some way?

I'm just worried about it continuing to happen, and me being without the truck for extended periods 1-2x per year. Also, shouldn't Ford be worried that I will now be up to $120,000 in warranty repairs, with possibly more to come? Time to write this truck off, and for them give me a new one (win/win in my book)?

Yes, we've seen a few members experience multiple HVB pack module replacements.

I don't think lemon law or buy back procedures apply to a now 2+ year old truck, continue riding out the 8/100k warranty if you can put up with rentals / courtesy vehicles during the down time.
