Wasn't the OTA for 23B57 supposed to be out last year. My letter I got for the CSP stated that this was supposed to be an OTA update in the 4th quarter of last year. I had mine done at the dealer way back. Ford sure is sandbagging on these updates here lately.
When I bought my truck, only 23B70 was showing and I had the dealer do that one in February. By the time 23B57 showed for my VIN, it was on hold 🤦‍♂️

People are reporting that powertrain updates are no longer suspended. Does that mean this CSP can be done now?

BTW for those who still have their vehicle in the shop waiting for battery module replacement....and possibly have been told that "we're waiting on Ford to resume 23B57"....a message came out in OASIS to the effect that the software update to the BECM (and powertrain in general) was not a valid reason for holding up actual battery module repairs.

Apparently, many shops have equated the two things together...(possibly because of the need to update software after the actual cells have been replaced)...however...the shop can do the repair and just not do the software update. At least something will be getting done while waiting on 23B57 to be resumed.

Weird. 23B57 isn’t showing for my VIN anymore but it was there a few weeks ago. The only OTAs I’ve gotten recently are 6.8 and the ECG one. Wonder what happened…

I never got notification of that, so I was going to ask @rugedraw to check my OTA history in PTS but Ford took away his access 😞
interestingly, many folks are reporting a quick succession of multiple updates, it's possible you received multiple in a matter of minutes/hours and the latest is all you have for an official notification.

Next time you go in for routine service, have your dealer verify that the CSP was resolved.

When my first module died in February, I got the "stop safely now" message and reduced to 20% power. I had a bad Cell 1 replaced at that time. Last week Cell 2 went bad but it only derated to 57% and gave a "service soon" message. So, was the purpose of this CSP to allow the truck to continue to operate safely until you can make it to the dealer?

You must have received the OTA that was released a while ago to update the software part of this concern.
Interesting I had not had that done either and now it is no longer showing on mine either.
Interesting indeed… 🤔

Yes, such that you could safely get to safety and possibly continue using the truck even if with limited power.

OK, well that at least makes me feel better about a THIRD module dying when I'm not near home. I hadn't realized that was the reason for this CSP. I was worried about another "stop safely now" message while out of town, for whatever reason.

I am wondering what the experiences have been after the CSP#23B57 update. Are the batteries fixed now? Do you have lingering issues? If you were looking at used trucks, would you buy one that had the CSP#23B57 work done? Does the 2023 model completely bypass this issue?
