Not something we see much of on the forum... praise for a dealer, and I didn't even buy the truck from them.
Ordered my CSPed BMS a couple weeks back and it finally arrived late last week. Arranged for them to pick up the truck this morning to do the replacement and handle the 20k service (though I did the cabin filter myself already). After a small hiccup on their arrival time this morning, the truck rolled out of my driveway around 10:30AM. Rolled back in just before 3:30PM. The surprise? They didn't charge me for the 20k service - yeah, it's just a rotation and brake check, but still, not even a token amount for the rotation.
They've never given me any flak about where the truck was purchased or that I've almost exclusively brought them warranty work. They order the parts when I call to schedule and then let me know when they're in so we can arrange the pick up and drop off service. Everything, with the exception of needing to wait on one of the automatic air dam actuators, has been completed in one day, but in even that case they brought back the truck and let me know when they had the part in hand so we could schedule the work.
I know this is just what a dealer is supposed to do, but given all the negative comments we see from around the country about crappy dealers, I thought I should call out a good one!
