Details missing from my F150 Lightning Reservation Page...should I be worried?

To get the backdoor tracker to work you have to be logged on to your Ford account. If I input my backdoor link https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=108xxxxx (where xxxxx are the last five digits of my reservation number) then it will prompt me to logon if I am not logged in already. If you are getting an error instead of a result, I would suggest calling Ford customer service and confirming your reservation number.

Edit: The "view" link on Lightning reservations in your Ford account takes you directly to this "backdoor tracker". I think the reason it got the name "backdoor tracker" is that Bronco reservations do not give you the View link. They just say "contact dealer". But you can use the backdoor tracker on a Bronco reservation and see the details just like the Lightning view.
I tried that..I log onto Ford.com first...still doesn't work. If I try to do it without logging in, I am prompted to log into my ford.com acct. After I log in..it thinks for a minute..then gives me an error.

I am seeing my reservation on the reservatons and orders page..with correct res# and date. Its only when I try to view the details I get an error.

And just like that..my Ford.com details page started working again. I can now see the reservation details again with the new dealer info. Yay. I didn't have to use any backdoor or special procedures. I just checked again this morning and out of the blue the link started working again

(I also heard a lot of people got build data today. I wonder if Ford only updates the reservation page at certain times. Or pehaps it just decided to start working today).

So know I wonder when(if) Ford is going to do a "cleanup" wave and start trying to fill out their remaining 22's based on customer preferences(and what trims they can assemble)?

4/12 clean-up is open for business until the 29th.
If they don't sell out by then, maybe a wave-7 middle of May?
