I tried that..I log onto Ford.com first...still doesn't work. If I try to do it without logging in, I am prompted to log into my ford.com acct. After I log in..it thinks for a minute..then gives me an error.To get the backdoor tracker to work you have to be logged on to your Ford account. If I input my backdoor link https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=108xxxxx (where xxxxx are the last five digits of my reservation number) then it will prompt me to logon if I am not logged in already. If you are getting an error instead of a result, I would suggest calling Ford customer service and confirming your reservation number.
Edit: The "view" link on Lightning reservations in your Ford account takes you directly to this "backdoor tracker". I think the reason it got the name "backdoor tracker" is that Bronco reservations do not give you the View link. They just say "contact dealer". But you can use the backdoor tracker on a Bronco reservation and see the details just like the Lightning view.
I am seeing my reservation on the reservatons and orders page..with correct res# and date. Its only when I try to view the details I get an error.
