Have you tried to add a location back?Just changed my vote to yes.
I haven’t charged since the update but when I plugged in today I noticed it’s charging to 100% and it lost locations.

99.99% it is unrelated and they didn't do it, sorryIf you are having this issue contact @Ford Motor Company and give them you VIN. Shortly after I did I was able to add a location again.
I don't know if Ford had anything to do with fixing mine. I asked a follow-up but haven't heard from them in a week. I'm hesitant to post this because I just don't know what, if anything they did behind the scenes. I'll give @Ford Motor Company full credit until I find out otherwise.
