Can someone please remind me what time Ford usually releases scheduled production dates on Thursdays. Thanks.

It's not that easy. It can happen anytime, on any day of the week. Early on it appeared to happen mostly on Thursday afternoon, hence this thread. But iit has never been an exact time or day.

Yup, mine just happened early this week. Unexpected welcomed surprise. It can be any day.

Was finally able to order so now onto the next waiting game. Is an email sent when production is scheduled or just continuously monitor my reservation page?

...I never got scheduled, kept checking my account to see if a date and VIN would show up. And then magically it showed that my truck was in production and later that night I got the email saying it was in production. So I'm sure it was scheduled like all the others, that info just didn't get transferred through the web account system. Having ordered a few other Ford's over the past couple years, it seems the online order tracking is very hit or miss. Based on both my experience and comments from others.
