F150 2022 Software up date

I have the F150 2022 truck on my screen it says I need to do the Ford Power up 6.5
0 update. I was at home park in the garage started the update wouldn't finish. Tried several times and different times of the day and night as its an over the air update. We have great WIFI connection. I took it to one Ford dealership they said they update wasn't for my truck but yet it keeps coming up on my screen. So we took it to another Ford place ( from where i bought it) they have tried twice so far and can not get it to go through.. they did put a new battery in and it would start but not finish. They claim they have never run into this issue.. Has anyone else or have suggestions on what to do. We are taking it back Monday again in hopes to get a hold of a Ford Tech to reach out to the service dept with some ideas on what to do.

They did put a brand new battery in the update would start then it would stop

The problem is that the defective BMS for the 12v battery is sending erroneous data to the ECM that is controlling the software update, if they swap it for the updated version, it should install the 6.5.0 update.
