F150 in body repair shop, two months so far...tips

Buddie's 2022 F150 in body repair shop, slid off icy road into a tree that won the physical confrontation duel, for two month's so far. Informed the F150 has gone into Hibernation mode. What actions would he/we take on the F150 knowing now this Hibernation status and it could be in body shop repair status for awhile longer? VIN is 1FT6W1EV8NWG06881 thks.
