FCSP looses SSID and connection to the Internet

Hi, My FCSP lose connection and its internal ID? Anyone else have this issue? It still charges fine. Or do I need to report this to Ford for a possible replacement? Thanks for any insights

Possibly your FCSP has an issue, but remember that a properly configured FCSP broadcasts its SSID invisibly after initial configuration / binding to your wifi network.

You might still have issues if the local networks reach is not strong enough to communicate with the FCSP consistently, I use a repeater between my house and the detached garage to bridge the gap.

I can confirm that mine is connected by using the setup app to log onto the FCSP.
