For anyone who owns a Bakflip Revolver tonneau cover

Hey Guys. I love these Revolver tonneau covers. But the one issue is the corner covers pop off and get lost. Its a known issue and Bakflip will send you new covers.

I just made these little plastic plugs that fit into the back of the clips preventing them from loosening. They are easy to make. If anyone wants them I'll sell them for $2 plus shipping.

Have an x4s and mine popped off while I was installing it but luckily it's still holding strong after about a year (knock on wood)

Yeah these plastic pieces have been loose on mine since day 1. I’m not quite sure I get how this plastic plug helps though. I’ll have to go out and see later when it’s not raining.

The plug squeezes between the clips in the back. Preventing them from loosening.

I had the same problem within a couple months of install. I called them and they sent me replacements and haven't had any problems with the replacements. If I remember correctly there was an issue with some of them which is why it was no hassle whatsoever with new ones.

Super genius mod to keep the end caps intact! Certainly beats the Loctite method.

That looks great. I had mine replaced when I first bought mine. Would you mind sending the file? It would be much appreciated, although I haven't had any issues in the last 2 years.
