I have 2 lightnings and one E transit. We charge the e transit overnight outdoors at my shop on a 48A ford charge station. when it is very cold like now at some point overnight it turns amber and stops charging. this happened last year as well. luckily I don't need the van to go long distances but it would be nice it if could condition the battery overnight to increase range. I may try the mobile charger on a 120v outlet overnight after it is charged to 90% to see if that turns amber as well. Any thoughts?
The charger is installed properly. I use it in the daytime in the same temps to charge the lightning pro (after I reset the charge station).
Also, have never been able to get the charge station to link up to the app to monitor it and reset overnight. Wifi signal is robust where the station is.
We are really pioneers thanks ford.
Thanks,
Chris
