I didn't get the email either, but my reservation is intact and has been recognized by my dealer.Hmm, I didn't get the email. I have two reservations, each under a different email address (one Gmail, one Microsoft) so doubt both were filtered by spam. I have gotten the other emails. I went online to both Ford accounts and it showed I still have both reservations. I'm in the US. Anybody else not get the email?
Also, my son DID get the email. But he didn't reserve a Lightning, he has an order in for a Mach-E. Weird.
