Ford Pass App Frunk & Tailgate not selectable

Has anyone else ever seen this or had this happen? The remote for my front and tailgate are not selectable right now. It's never happened to me before until today that I've noticed.

You're not connected to the truck with Bluetooth. You can't activate those over the cellular connection.

Well damn, all those times that I opened it when I was walking back from playing disc golf. I must have been close enough to be connected. I must have been a little bit further out this time around. Thanks for that.
