I don't think Ford is on top of the latest technology. Ford hasn't been able to handle the integration of the different components and programming required to work seamlessly with the FordPass application and the components in cars and trucks that the FordPass is supposed to operate. It is a constant battle and daily frustration. Definitely, Ford is not a technology company.
