Ford station pro intermittently stops charging

I charge at home using my Ford station pro charger. I have a charging schedule setup to charge at midnight. It works reliably. But if I select the option on the Ford app to "Charge to 100% now" it stops charging within 5-15 minutes and goes back to the schedule. This happens consistently. Why does this happen?

Can't explain why, Ford connected tech is very much still in beta. I find it more reliable to change the schedule when I need 100% or change to "charge when plugged in" and then change back to normal schedule afterwards.

how long have you had CSP?

mine started acting up(charge faults not related to heat)
power cycled unit and has been fine since.
