Just got it now: Performance & bug fixes only.

First off, you can now dismiss promotions of recommended feature upgrades (connectivity enrollment etc.)

Second, you can now access {Account > Notification & Alerts > Global Notifications > three options to allow or disable restored}

Thanks for this. I took another look at my IOS (iPhone) version it now has the "x" to dismiss that promotion as well. Was getting a bit tired of looking at it.
