Thanks. Updated the Android app. Although I have FordPass on my work forced on me #$%^&* iPhone, I normally use my Android.

Does the Settings / Software Updates show settings that match your Lightning?

Mine shows Auto Updates as On but the Recurring Schedule does not match my Lightning and simply shows as 'Not Set'. Clearing data, sign out and back in, and changing settings in the truck have not resolved the discrepancy for me.

I have the same issue. Also under the account page, the Notifications and Alerts settings look like this for me. There are no settings.

I just looked at this on my Android. Account > Settings > Notifications & Alerts comes up blank, but the other three settings pages do populate. Confirmed on my #$%^& iPhone that Notifications & Alerts does bring up Global Notifications.

We have always had a limit of 2 cycle requests before a direct start in the truck needs to occur for subsequent remote starts.

Seeing the same flaw you are.

Looks like we have a bug fix release 5.14.0 for Android that has introduced new bugs, @Ford Motor Company

Log out and back in if you don't see the changes.

My 2024 Flash won't update the Access App. I've gone to the screen and found the reset for connected services but my app continues to say 5.13.0 I tried logging out and in. Also closing the app and restarting. I have auto update on. Also, when I select "connected services" on my app it just spins until I close it.

Nice that you got a response to a text to support. I have had what should be a simple question in to them since the 5th with reminders every few days and not even gotten an acknowledgement, let alone a reply.

That was via the Android play-store interface for the Fordpass.
Hopefully 5.15.0 fixes these new issues.
