FordPass App could/should be better

Anyone else feel the app could/should be better? The functions really seem to be limited.

It's been terrible for the 6 years I've been using it. I don't expect it to get better anytime soon.

I'd like to see a bunch of improvements ie. new/modified features as well as stability fixes.
4.24.0 update came out 2/5, it is buggier than the prior release.

That's their specialty. I think the programmers create job security by breaking functions with every update. Then they have to fix them later. Repeat.

Better? Yes - more stable, less issues with updates, more frequent connection to vehicles, ...

Functions limited? What features would you want to see? Keep in mind that FordPass serves all Ford vehicles, not just EVs.

Maybe I am not using the app fully. But I would like to be able to control things a and get more info. Not specific to EVs. See interior temp, adjust climate control settings. Some days like to get that defrost going others make sure that AC is cranking. Maybe get notifications if doors are not locked or are unlocked. Are a few examples. Not major things just options I have seen on other car company apps even for ICE vehicles.

See interior temp - can't
Adjust climate control settings - can via remote start, but limited to either last setting, or Auto. Using Departure Time you can select Cool, Medium, or Warm.
Notifications - you get none. Doors locked isn't even a SecuriAlert.

ok so it’s not my lack of knowledge. Really can do much with the app. Remote start and manage charging.
limited vehicle status, only tire pressure, come on do better.
