FordPass App works in one direction only

Not sure when this started happening, but it was a few weeks ago, maybe when 4.29.0 came out.
Here is the deal: The truck can initiate communication with FordPass App on my phone, but my phone cannot communicate back to the truck. What gives?

For example, when I plug my truck into the charger, it will notify the app on the phone and give me an estimated completion time for the charging cycle. However, if I want it charge to 100% for example or change a setting in the Charge Session screen NO DICE!!! just pinwheels for ever until it times out.

Same for Lock, Unlock and Start. None of those features will work as the communication never reaches the truck (which is parked in my garage with excellent wi-fi signal or at work with above average cell reception). And of course PaaK is not working either.

The App just won't "talk" to the truck. It can "hear" it though.

Any thoughts?!

Try a Log out of the app, then a forced stop, then clear cache [ONLY] do not clear data or you will have to re enroll PAAK, restart app, log in, retest.

Sorry that I'm apple/ios ignorant, is there another function the application properties related storage where only the cache can be cleared short of off loading or uninstalling?

Also since you've brought this problem up, I have notice the status refreshes appear to be timing out even for android devices (Galaxy S10e), it's been 6 hours since last update and when I pull to refresh it does not, this is a new and recent issue.

If I send a START, UNLOCK or LOCK command then it will refresh the status.
