Not sure if it's supposed to but how do I find out my free kwh balance?

Next time your charge at the EA with plug and charge active (don't use the EA app) you should receive an email after finishing the session summarizing kWh used and balance remaining.

I called EA last week and was told they no longer offer any charging credits to new F-150 Lightning owners.

Not sure but I am in the US and I do own a '22. I never activated or used my credits and I believe they were good for 2 years so I have a few more months to use them if I have them.
