Frunk stuck open after FDRS Frunk update...anybody know how to resolve?

I performed the Frunk module update today using FDRS. The frunk needs to be open during this procedure as you have to put a power supply on the 12V battery.

Problem now is after completing the update I can't close the frunk, if I press any of the buttons (one on the hood, one in the cab or combination on the key fob) I get the same result: Three sets of double beeps but the frunk does not close.

Its almost as if the frunk doesn't know what to do?

Has anybody else experienced this and and been able to resolve it? If so can you share how to resolve it.

Manually close it slowly, then give a final firm push to latch. You can then press the button and it will open again.
