FDRS stuck at Updating software

First time trying to use FDRS and its been stuck on the Logging into FDRS - Please wait... Updating software screen for about 40 minutes. I assume it should not take this long? Any advice what to try

Seems to be getting stuck here in the logs:

Tried a different computer and was able to get past the issue. Too bad since the computer that works only has 1 USB ports and is below the system requirements

Just restart FDRS or the laptop. I assume you got it working by now?

Nope, never got FDRS working on the laptop. Had to use another laptop for it to work. I tried older version, deleting the data, just could not figure out the issue
